Vibol Mao, BA
Founder and Chairman, BP Development
Vibol Mao received his Bachelor Degree in Food Technology Chemical Engineering from Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
He began his first career with Resources Development International Organization and he then joined SCCL Garment Factory as General Manager from 2010 to 2013. In 2014 he joined Smart Asiata Telecom as Head of Event Sale and Modern Trade.
Dreaming of becoming an entrepreneur, he started his first coffee shop named Pheapbol BrewHouse in 2015. Due to high demand, support and success, he created franchise opportunities to those who wished to own a coffee shop and he successfully sold the franchise to various locations. He is also a serial entrepreneur who has run many successful businesses in real estate, property development, finance, etc. He is currently Co-Founder and Board of Director at Ten Synergy Investment and Shareholder and Board of Diretor at Color Tech Luxury Wood Paint. He is also Founder and Chairman of BP Development which is a parent company of Pheapbol’s BrewHouse, 7A Construction, Coffee Franchise, Real Estate Consultant and Trading Company.
Sopheap Im
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, BP Development
Sopheap Im received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration at Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
She is a serial entrepreneur who has run successful businesses in trading, printing, and coffee shop. She is currently Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Pheapbol’s BrewHouse as well as Founder and Chief Executive Officer at BP Development which is a parent company of Pheapbol’s BrewHouse, 7A Construction, Coffee Franchise, Real Estate Consultant and Trading Company. With this important role as Chief Executive Officer, she creates and implement the company’s vision and mission and she has to make sure the overall success of the company and lead the development and execution of short and long-term strategies.
Sotheary Hem, MBA
Shareholder and Chief Operating Officer
Sotheary Hem received his Bachelor of Education Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Master of Business Administration from Build Bright University, Cambodia.
He began his first career in education sector. He had more than 14-year experience in management roles and led more than 1,000 employees in a multimillion-dollar company. He later started a Business Consulting Company as Founder and Managing Director and he has successfully helped many business owners to strengthen their business operations and achieve their desired business goals.
He joined BP Development upon its founding in late 2021 as shareholder and Chief Operating Officer. With this important role, he focuses primarily on business operations, procedures and he is also responsible for the efficiency of business and securing the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. He is also Board of Director at BP Development’s subsidiary companies including Pheapbol’s BrewHouse, 7A Construction, Coffee Franchise, Real Estate Consultant and Trading Company.
Sovitou Hour, BA
Shareholder and Director
Sovitou hour received his Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Architecture Design from Pannasastra University of Cambodia and other certificate achievement in Architecture Design from Developing Cambodia by Degrees.
After he graduated in architecture design in 2016, he franchised a coffee shop named Pheapbol’s BrewHouse. It was his first business. Later he started an architecture and interior design company and he had successfully achieved many projects such as coffee shop, restaurant, supper market, residential and commercial buildings at Aeon Mall, Furi Mall, Princess Mall, Olympia Mall, Vattank Tower, Olympia Mall, Peng Hout Polary, Chip Mong 598, Attwood Building, etc. He joined BP Development upon its founding in late 2021 as one of the shareholders and Board of Director.
He is also Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 7A Construction which is one of the BP
Development’s subsidiary companies.
