Founder and Chief Executive Officer, BP Development
Sopheap Im received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration at Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
She is a serial entrepreneur who has run successful businesses in trading, printing, and coffee shop. She is currently Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Pheapbol’s BrewHouse as well as Founder and Chief Executive Officer at BP Development which is a parent company of Pheapbol’s BrewHouse, 7A Construction, Coffee Franchise, Real Estate Consultant and Trading Company. With this important role as Chief Executive Officer, she creates and implement the company’s vision and mission and she has to make sure the overall success of the company and lead the development and execution of short and long-term strategies.
Sotheary Hem, MBA
Shareholder and Chief Operating Officer
Sotheary Hem received his Bachelor of Education Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Master of Business Administration from Build Bright University, Cambodia.
He began his first career in education sector. He had more than 14-year experience in management roles and led more than 1,000 employees in a multimillion-dollar company. He later started a Business Consulting Company as Founder and Managing Director and he has successfully helped many business owners to strengthen their business operations and achieve their desired business goals.
He joined BP Development upon its founding in late 2021 as shareholder and Chief Operating Officer. With this important role, he focuses primarily on business operations, procedures and he is also responsible for the efficiency of business and securing the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. He is also Board of Director at BP Development’s subsidiary companies including Pheapbol’s BrewHouse, 7A Construction, Coffee Franchise, Real Estate Consultant and Trading Company.
